2007 AQHA Palomino Gelding with Smart Little Lena genetics

Mr Sweet N Smart’s sire, Smarty 499, has Smart Little Lena just off his papers twice (picture below). His maternal great granddam was a mare we owned that became one of the foundation lines in our broodmare band. Every colt with ‘Angel Print’ in his/her pedigree turned out to be a good performer — from the roping arena to the broodmare band.
Freckles Priority, this gelding’s maternal grandsire, has many champions in his pedigree. We used him for many years in our breeding program and many of our horses carry his bloodlines. Sweet N Smart is gentle—he likes to get his share of attention. He was haltered as a foal and ridden on the ranch until he went to our grandson in 2014.
He is correct, good boned, well muscled with good straight legs that have carried him over the ranch since he was born. He is a beautiful palomino—–His picture says it all.
