Sanitas Peppy Doc, a stallion we recently purchased, fits our program well with his exceptional pedigree and disposition. Doc arrived in the Spring of 2015, just in time to be turned out with mares. It took a few days, for him to get acclimated to the vastness of the pastures and the sheer number of mares, but he soon figured it out and got to work. Doc is a 14 year old bay stallion, 14.3 hands, with a wonderful disposition. He has a pedigree full of champions and sires/dams who are producers of money earners in reined cowhorse, cutting and reining. He has been tested and has clean (n/n) 5-Panel DNA test results.
Doc was never shown due to an eye injury he received as a foal. But, he still carries and passes on to his foals, the genes of the exceptional performance horses in his pedigree. Doc is the son of Tejons Peppy Doc and Smart Sanita and grandson of Peppy San Badger, Doc O Lenita, Smart Chic Olena and Docs Last Sanita.Sanitas Peppy Doc has the qualities needed to be a producer of successful performance horses. Genetics, conformation, disposition, athleticism and intelligence—-we think Doc is a good addition to our program. Doc was pasture bred to our good S Heart mares in the spring of 2015 and that foal crop is for sale. He was also bred to 7 mares in 2016 for 2017 foals. A large part of the satisfaction of breeding horses is every mating produces a wonderful surprise.
